The model number lists on our site are provided for guidance only. We endeavour to keep them as accurate as possible, but due to continual modifications and changes to specifications, some parts may differ from the original.

We'll order it especially for you. May take up to 2 weeks. Non-returnable — compare the part carefully before ordering.

All UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Tracked. Orders placed before 4pm on weekdays for in-stock items are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4pm Friday are dispatched the following Monday.
You'll receive an email with your tracking number and progress updates. Track your order at royalmail.com/track-your-item.
- You can cancel an order up to dispatch for a full refund.
- If your item is already in transit, refuse delivery. Once received back by us, you'll be refunded the cost of the item less return postage costs.
- Goods can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided we receive confirmation of your intention to return within that window.
- Returns must be unused and in original packaging. For heating elements, this means they have not been heated, show no signs of fitting, and are suitable for resale.
Items incorrectly ordered or no longer needed will be refunded for the cost of the part itself.
All parts are covered by the manufacturer's or supplier's guarantee, ensuring they are supplied in working order and of merchantable quality.
