AVAILABILITY The availability of items on our site are shown as either: Available - This is in stock and will be dispatched within the time frame above. Available (Special Order Item) - This item is available, but we will order it especially for you - which may take up to 2 weeks. Therefore, it is important that you compare the part before ordering as it will be non-returnable. Out of stock - Part is out of stock and currently not available to order. DELIVERY Delivery is by Royal Mail Tracked for most of our UK deliveries. Any orders placed before 4pm weekdays are dispatched the same day. Any orders placed after 4pm Friday are dispatched the following Monday. Postage options:
The tracking number can be used at www.royalmail.com/track-your-item Deliveries may take longer to the following post code areas:- GY, HS, IM, JE, KW, PA, PH, and ZE. Occasionally, we may get items sent direct from a supplier to you if we have stock issues and it is quicker to do so. In these cases, alternate couriers may be used. If items are not in stock they will be sent by your chosen delivery option as soon as they are available. Goods can be returned to us as long as we receive confirmation of your intention to do so within 30 days of receipt of the items. Returns must be in the original packaging and unused; in the case of heating elements this means that they have not been heated up or show signs of fitting and are, therefore, as new and suitable for resale. If you suspect that an element we have supplied may be faulty, you can return the item to us for testing. Parts found to be faulty or incorrectly picked will be given a full refund or replacement. If no fault is found and the part is OK, there will be an administration charge of £8 to cover the cost of testing the element and the return P&P or restocking. Items incorrectly ordered or no longer needed will be given a refund of the cost of the part itself. |
