The model number lists on our site are provided for guidance only. We endeavour to keep them as accurate as possible, but due to continual modifications and changes to specifications, some parts may differ from the original.

Delivery

All UK deliveries are sent via Royal Mail Tracked. Orders placed before 4pm on weekdays for in-stock items are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 4pm Friday are dispatched the following Monday.

* Orders from the Republic of Ireland are not charged VAT at point of sale. VAT and any applicable import charges are payable at the point of importation.
Cancellation & Returns
  • You can cancel an order up to dispatch for a full refund.
  • If your item is already in transit, refuse delivery. Once received back by us, you'll be refunded the cost of the item less return postage costs.
  • Goods can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided we receive confirmation of your intention to return within that window.
  • Returns must be unused and in original packaging. For heating elements, this means they have not been heated, show no signs of fitting, and are suitable for resale.
If you suspect a faulty element, return it to us for testing. Faulty or incorrectly picked parts receive a full refund or replacement. If no fault is found, an £8 administration charge applies to cover testing and return postage.

Items incorrectly ordered or no longer needed will be refunded for the cost of the part itself.

Special Order items are non-returnable. Please ensure you compare dimensions carefully before ordering.

All parts are covered by the manufacturer's or supplier's guarantee, ensuring they are supplied in working order and of merchantable quality.

Fan oven elements, grill elements, Genuine, EGO & IRCA parts — provided fitting criteria is followed and parts have not been modified.

Budget parts — provided fitting criteria is followed and parts have not been changed or modified.
To claim under guarantee, return the part with your original invoice number. Subject to examination, a replacement will be arranged as soon as possible.
⚠ In the interest of customer safety, parts should only be fitted by a suitably qualified person with the appliance disconnected from the mains supply.
